By accessing or using the DocConnectCare website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use DocConnectCare

The platform is intended for use by hospitals, healthcare facilities, and licensed medical practitioners in India seeking locum or full-time staffing arrangements. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including medical council registration numbers and hospital details — is accurate and current.

3. Nature of our service

DocConnectCare provides a platform for hospitals to post staffing requirements and for doctors to apply for those roles, using masked listings that reveal identity and contact information only after a mutual shortlist. We facilitate this connection; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any employment or engagement arrangement reached between a hospital and a doctor.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current information in your profile and listings
• Doctors must hold a valid, verifiable medical council registration
• Hospitals must have the authority to post staffing requirements on behalf of their organization

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass the masking system or extract identity/contact details outside the shortlist flow
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent requirements or credentials
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare staffing
• Harass, threaten, or misrepresent yourself to any other user

6. Fees

Any applicable fees for posting requirements or accessing premium features will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Verification and no guarantee

We take reasonable steps to verify medical council registrations, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of every profile, listing, or credential. Hospitals are encouraged to conduct their own verification before finalizing any engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

DocConnectCare is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including staffing decisions made based on information exchanged through it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the masking system, with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.
